SDBUPD hangs

Hello everyone.

I've got aproblem while updating from 7.5.00 Build 26 to Build 30
(LinuxX86_64).
The database was offline but the x_server still running.
SDBUPD hangs after "checking unpacked archive... ok"
There is no MAXDBUpgrade_install....log
xserver_sap1.prt ends with:
"5768 ERR 11931 XSERVER Open update pipe
'/sapdb/data/fifo/xserver_sap1_update_28198' failed:Interrupted system
call"

Any help is greatly appreciate.

Hello Werner,
kill all vserver processes.
then SDBUPD should continue.
